CIR’s

Pre-work Practices

Our roof technicians inspect both the roof and the jobsite to assess existing conditions and identify potential safety hazards.

Once potential hazards are identified, a site-specific safety plan is created and posted in a visible location on the building before our technicians begin work.

We ensure the use of proper PPE, such as full-body safety harnesses, and establish designated safety zones.

If our work is in an area where people enter or exit the building, we set up safety cones and caution tape to limit or prevent pedestrian exposure to falling objects in our work zone.

We maintain transparency by always communicating our plans to perform work with building owners and tenants before starting the job.
