01
Waterproofing
CIR has earned a nationwide reputation as the most skilled applicator of state-of-the-art waterproofing systems. Superior craftsmanship, developed in the wet “laboratory” environment of the Northwest and Alaska, has been recognized by the waterproofing consultants, architects and building owners.
02
Built Up Roof Systems
Built-up roof (BUR) systems are a continuous, semi-flexible multi-ply roof membrane, usually made up of layers of felts and bitumen.
03
Modified Bitumen Roof Systems
A modified bitumen roof is applied by laying down sheets of bitumen and heating them with a propane torch so that they melt together and form a waterproof seal over the whole roof. This style of roof is great for weathering the elements, since it can expand and contract without melting or cracking.
04
Single Ply Roof Systems
Single ply roofing membranes are field applied using just one layer of membrane material, rather than the multiple layers involved with a BUR.

Reroof & Recover
For a reroof, we'll tear off your existing roof and install a brand new roofing system. With a reroof, we'll be able to correct any underlying damage if we find any.
For a recover, we'll install a new roofing system right on top of your existing roof. This may be helpful if you need to keep the roof from being exposed to the elements.
