CIR was founded in the Pacific Northwest in 1979 as a small roofing company with just one crew.
Early on, our leadership recognized that by prioritizing employee well-being, investing in training, and offering clear paths for advancement, team members take pride in their work and build long-lasting careers with us. Today, we have over 80 employees, 5 production crews, and 7 service vans.
